What you get
The monthly close, and the one page that comes out of it
Every band buys the same work: your books kept properly all month and closed by the tenth of the next, with a plain-English pack in your inbox. The bands only differ by how much of that work there is.
In every band
What we do each month
- ReconcileEvery bank, card and payment-app account tied out to the statement.
- CategoriseEvery transaction to the right account, so the numbers mean something.
- ChaseThe receipts and the answers we need, so you are not the bottleneck.
- CloseThe month locked and signed off by the tenth of the next.
- Set asideWhat to move for GCT, so the tax bill is never a surprise.
- The packOne page: in, out, profit, cash, tax — and what we noticed.
On the page
What the pack shows
Five numbers and a paragraph. Money in and money out, so you can see the shape of the month. Profit, so you know what you really made and not just what came in. What is in the bank, because a profitable month can still leave you short. And what to put by for tax, so January is quiet.
Then a short read from the person who closed your books: the thing worth knowing this month. That paragraph is the difference between a report and a bookkeeper.
Beyond the month
The things a year needs, done on time
Bookkeeping done right all year makes everything after it cheap. We hand your accountant a clean set of books at year end, or do the annual accounts ourselves, and payroll runs every month if you have staff.
- Year endClean books handed over, or the annual accounts filed by us.
- PayrollEvery employee paid on time, filings included, per head per month.
- GCTSet aside monthly and reconciled, so the return is a formality.
- SwitchingWe take your history off your old software or shoebox for you.
