The band where doing it yourself stops being worth the evening. A small shop, a growing service business, a couple of staff.
300 to 800 a month

Usually retail or hospitality, where the transactions are small and constant. Reconciled weekly, not monthly, so nothing piles up.
800 or more a month

A busy, high-volume or multi-outlet operation. Weekly close, tighter controls; above about two thousand a month we quote.
